Having regard to the fact that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was already rejected by this Court on 19.09.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 16570 of 2014, there would be no occasion for this Court now again to allow the petitioner to press his application for grant of anticipatory bail on merit. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that there are subsequent events which would entitle the petitioner for being granted bail.
If that be so, the petitioner must surrender and place those circumstances before the court below and if the court below is satisfied that similarly situated persons have already been granted bail, such prayer for regular bail of the petitioner shall also
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16631 of 2015 (3) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 be allowed.
