2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 109, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. It is alleged that on 14.12.2024 at about 8 PM, informant was at his shop, suddenly this petitioner alongwith one co-accused came there on a Scooty, and thereafter, this petitioner, who was pillion rider, fired at the informant, but the bullet missed the target and got locked in a badminton racket, which was kept inside the shop.
4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that both petitioner and informant belong to same locality and there is admitted enmity between them. Though, there is allegation of firing, but no one sustained any fire-arm injury.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 692 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
