The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahodara P.S. Case No. 52 of 2013 registered under Sections307, 315, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that he gave lathi blow on the head of the informant and also assaulted him with fist but the impugned order of learned Sessions Judge reveals that the informant has sustained simple injury. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, the petitioner, named-above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6956 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sahodara P.S. Case No. 52 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
