JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-06-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by efflux of time the writ application has become infructuous. He has further raised a grievance saying that despite making representations to the concerned authorities to consider his grievance, they did not consider the same and for that reason if he would have any remedy available in law to ventilate his grievance liberty be given to avail the same. Learned counsel for the Hazipur Municipality is present and has no objection to the kind of submission made on behalf of the petitioner.
