Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 120(B)/34, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. FIR named accused, allegedly, committed murder of the brother of the informant.

Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused, namely, Arvind Kumar Singh.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
