JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 530 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a)/41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

80 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from motorcycle of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. The motorcycle in question does not belong to this petitioner and he has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 530 of 2021.
