Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 13.05.2022, petitioners were granted provisional bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21571 of 2021(4) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 diary and injury report were called for. The same have been received.

From perusal of the injury report and case diary, it is apparent that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners.

Considering the same, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.05.2022, in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No.110/2020 is hereby confirmed, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
