JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 27-07-2016 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 318 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga. In view of the fact that earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was permitted to be withdrawn, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
