ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 20.03.2014 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2013 pending before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur Supaul.

However, from now the petitioner shall pay Rs. 1500/- instead of Rs. 750/-.
