Petitioner is accused in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 884 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.P.L.
