The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajoun P.S. case No. 221 of 2016 registered under Section 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is husband of the informant. It appears that informant filed complaint case No. 86 of 1998 which was sent to P.S. for institution, registration and investigation. On such the police registered the case on 09.07.2016. It appears that complainant did not take any action nor filed any petition in the court for non institution and investigation of her case. Considering the facts that occurrence is of the year 1996, the petitioner, who is husband, above named, in the event
