On getting confidential information regarding storage of spirit by the Mafia, namely Mangal Rai, Mukesh Singh @ Golu Singh, Alok Pandey, in an orchard raid was conducted and during course thereof, the persons leaving their motorcycles escaped. On search, 500 litres of sprit has been found. Subsequently, they have traced out identity of one of the motorcyclist as Arun Manjhi (petitioner) while the ownership of another motorcycle could not be traced out.

Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is under custody since 13.01.2020.

Accordingly, petitioner Arun Manjhi @ Arun Kumar Manjhi @ Arun Kumar is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9713 of 2020(2) dt.16-03-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District Judge VIth, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 21/2020.
