The petitioner seeks bail in Piro P.S. Case No. 193 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not apprehended on spot. Police apprehended Sukhdev Muni with Motorcycle. He disclosed that he along with his friend Jhabila Ram and Raj Kumar were going to meet this petitioner. He also kept the stolen Motorcycles. The police raided the house of petitioner and recovered three stolen Motorcycles from behind his house. Petitioner has no concern with those Motorcycles. He further submits that co-accused Sukhdev
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11440 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 Muni has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 12.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 62441 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 7.6.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Piro P.S.
