The petitioner seeks bail in Chainpur P.S. Case No. 234 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have caught hold hair of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of assault upon the husband of informant (deceased) against this petitioner rather allegation against this petitioner is that she caught hair of informant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and she is in custody since 03.11.2021.
