The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379/34 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of assaulting the husband of the informant indiscriminately by accused persons since the husband of the informant was demanding dues amount of Rs.50,000/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are brother and maternal uncle of the husband of the informant and in the background of serious land

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7788 of 2015 (02) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 dispute the accusation has been levelled. There is a counter version of the occurrence also.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
