1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 498A, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25191 of 2023(11) dt.27-06-2025 2/3 Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 in compliance of the order dated 16.05.2025 are present in the Court. The opposite party no. 2 who is present submit that she is staying with the petitioner at Kapoorthala and is receiving Rs. 7,000/- per month towards her maintenance.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will continue paying Rs. 7,000/- per month to the opposite party no. 2 for her personal expenses. It is also submitted by the opposite party no. 2 that she has received all the certificates from the petitioner.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25191 of 2023(11) dt.27-06-2025 3/3 No. 1735 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The personal appearance of the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are dispensed with.
