The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chanpatia (Kumarbagh O.P.) P.S. Case No.364 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 353, 307, 384, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant (police officer) alleged that two groups entered into a scuffle on account of unloading of chips near Kumarbagh Railway Station. One group was led by Pramod

Both groups were bent upon to create public nuisance and they started firing on each other. When the police went to control the situation and maintain law and order, the accused persons started pelting stones and also fired on the police force. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Sugauli Rail P.S. Case No.69 of 2019 and Sugauli Rail P.S. Case No.65 of 2019 were registered for the same occurrence. Alok Dubey was granted anticipatory bail in Sugauli Rail P.S.Case No.69 of 2019. Sanjay Kumar Mishra and six others were also granted anticipatory bail in Chanpatia P.S.Case No.364 of 2019. The case of the petitioners stands on the same footing as that of Sanjay Kumar Mishra and others.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10508 of 2020(3) dt.23-03-2021 3/3 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatia (Kumarbagh O.P.)
