The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 216 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 307, 427 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 85916 of 2019 on 25.02.2020.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11551 of 2020(4) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 216 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
