This application has been filed for modification of order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13053 of 2020 for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that earlier petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13053 of 2020, whereby petitioners were directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but the petitioners could not surrender within time due to Corona

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21743 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 pandemic and lockdown.

In view of the aforesaid fact, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioners to surrender in the court below.
