JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 332, 333, 307, 353, 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the informant being the A.S.I., of Police went to make enquiry on the complaint of one Nandan Ram when the accused persons including the petitioner pelted the stones and tried to snatch firearm from the informant and assaulted the constable Sachendra Yadav.

It is submitted by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that the specific accusation of assault is against coaccused Arun Ram.
