The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 325, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that during occurrence of assault, the petitioner was order giver as well as had fired in the air. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is a case and counter case. The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2016.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two
