Case No.236 of 2010 dated 15.7.2010 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, Mr. Awadhesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application. Leave is granted.
