The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 301 of 2019 for offences under Sections 420,406, 467, 468/34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the present case has been filed in relation to Kewala executed in 2002. The present case is pressure tactics device used by the informant to settle the civil dispute with regard to ownership of the land, subject matter of the sale deed executed way back in 2002. The petitioners and the informant belong to the same family and co-sharers and the property is ancestral

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 301 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
