Mr.Khurshid Anwar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioners were rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 13.01.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 72631 of 2019 with liberty to renew their prayer for bail after framing of charges.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 24.09.2019. He further submits that charges have already been framed on 24.01.2020.

Considering the observations made by a Co-ordinate

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12189 of 2020(2) dt.05-06-2020 2/2 Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 72631 of 2019 and the fact that the charges have already been framed on 24.01.2020, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gopalganj in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019 with the condition that the petitioners on release will render their services as volunteer for a period of one month in dedicated Covid Hospital. They are required to report to the District Nodal Officer in the concerned region, who shall utilize their services in this pandemic.
