This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Some unknown persons snatched the bag of the informant and fled away. Name of the petitioner transpired during investigation on suspicion. Except criminal antecedent of the petitioner there is no other material to compel him to remain in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2016 Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 191 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Rohtas at Sasaram, or successor Court with the condition that both the bailors shall be residents of territorial jurisdiction of the Court below having immovable property.
