Admittedly, with respect to the lands in question, Title Suit No. 394 of 2014 is pending in the court of learned Sub-Judge, Bhagalpur in which the petitioner is also a party defendant. In above view of the matter, without going into the merits of the claims of the parties in the present writ petition raised with respect to the lands in question, the parties are granted liberty to raise all the issues of facts and law with respect to the lands in question in the aforesaid pending Title Suit No. 394 of 2014. The judgment and decree passed by the civil court shall bind the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
