The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are relations of husband of the victim of dowry death.
Allegations is general and omnibus. Husband is already in custody.
Considering the fact that the petitioners are family members and the allegation is general and omnibus, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11272 of 2019(2) dt.25-02-2019 2/2 from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pasraha Police Station Case No. 108 of 2018, G.R. No.2359 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/ trial of the case failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
