2. The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:
"That this is an application for quashing the order dated 17.11.2014 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra in Divorce Case No. 6 of 2013 whereby an application filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act by Opposite party No. 2 was allowed and petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.
3000/- per month as ad-interim maintenance to the O.P. No. 2 besides a sum of Rs. 5000/- as expenses of the proceeding."

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6044 of 2015(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
