It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that though a decision has been taken in the Encroachment Case No.03/10-11 for removal of the encroachment over the land which is described as 'Anabad Sarva Sadhran', being used for drainage but nothing has been done finally.
Be that as it may, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Dumaron, Buxar to bring the aforesaid encroachment case to its logical conclusion within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
Patna High Court CWJC No.18234 of 2016 dt.30-11-2016 2 / 2 order, if the same has already not been done and if the order of the Anchal Adhikari has not been modified, altered or set aside in appeal or by any competent forum till date.
