The petitioner is accused in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 123 of 2016, registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 401, 414, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on receiving secret information about carrying of theft engine of the vehicle loading on Scorpio vehicle towards Darbhanga, the Police started checking and stopped the Scorpio vehicle in which petitioner and two others were found sitting, who disclosed that they have loaded the engine of the vehicle to the garage of Md. Haider Ali situated at Madhubani and carrying the same for Scorpio of Amit Jha.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8894 of 2017 (3) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 fact, the petitioner is a labourer, who was engaged by Amit Jha for loading and unloading the engine. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 11.12.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Simri P.S.
