Petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. No. 375 of 2019 arising out of Katoria P.S. Case No. 34 of 2010 for the offence registered under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and later on section 412 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.09.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
