Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parsauni P. S. case no. 117/2013 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 353, 332, 333, 188 and 427 of the IPC Taking into consideration that having similar allegation coaccused Mahesh Paswan and Nitoo Paswan have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench this court, let the petitioner, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Parsauni P.
