This application has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial Divorce Case No. 190 of 2014 from Principal Judge, Family Court, Darbhanga to Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur.

This Court on the request of the learned counsel for the other side, called both the parties in the chamber to resolve the dispute unsuccessfully.

The plea has been taken that the distance is hardly 50 Km., it is not inconvenience to the lady to attend the Court

looking to the attending facts and circumstances and the nature of litigation as well as their standard of living as has been observed during the proceeding in the chamber certainly it will be very inconvenience to the lady to attend the case from Muzaffarpur to Darbhanga and it will not be so inconvenience for the husband to attend the case at Muzaffarpur so in such view of the matter, Matrimonial Divorce Case No. 190 of 2014 be transferred from Principal Judge, Family Court, Darbhanga to Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur.

The court below is directed to expedite the case and complete the same within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, subject to condition that the cooperation extended by both the parties. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U
