Petitioners seek bail in Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No.188 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 365/34, 302, 201 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the written report. The informant has alleged in the written report that one Laxman Mandal took the maternal uncle of the informant with him. When he did not return in the night then informant searched and during search the informant got suspicion that five named accused persons have committed untoward incident with maternal uncle of the informant. Name
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13557 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 of this petitioner has been taken by Laxman Mandal in his confessional statement before the police.
Counsel for the petitioner further submits that named accused, Manish Mandal @ Manish Kumar, has already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 30.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3667 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2019.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S.
