Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.
Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sinhwara P. S. case no. 118/2014 registered under sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
No doubt, informant is not an eye-witness of the alleged occurrence but para 16 of the case diary reveals that one witness claimed to have seen the petitioner committing the alleged crime. Accordingly, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and hence, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sinhwara P. S. case no. 118/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga stands rejected. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
