The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for the following relief:- "That, the present writ petition is for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs in a nature of certiorari for quashing the order under Letter No. 2119 dated 25.11.2021 passed and issued by District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj to concerned Block Development Officer/ Block Education Officer/ Secretary of Gram Panchayat/ Gram Panchayat Raj Employment Unit of district related with return of the folder to candidate of Primary Teacher Employment 2019-20 in view of stay/ cancellation after counseling referring the communication issued under authority of Additional Chief Secretary (Education Department), Govt. of Bihar, Patna in Letter No. 1239 dated 17.11.2021 without observing requirement of natural justice or an applicability of said letter dated 17.11.2021 in their claims/ case due to ill and ulterior motive and for other necessary relief/ relief's to the basis of facts and circumstances of case as stated, enumerated and discussed hereinafter."

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for the following relief:- "That, the present writ petition is for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions to respondent authorities for publication of Provisional Merit List of candidates including them at appropriate place in terms of Recruitment Rule and communication/ order of District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj to Panchayat Secretary of Gram Panchayat Raj, Bhagwanpur keeping in mind and allegation made therein as such exercise should have published up to

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief:- "That, the present writ petition is for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs in nature of MANDAMUS for commanding and directing the respondents for acceptance of her joining submitted on 02.02.2017 and necessary permission to execute the works attached to the post and adjudication of her claim in this regard submitted before the concern authority on 09.12.2021 along with supporting documents, law settled and the issue resolved by State Appellate Authority, Bihar, Patna in Appeal No. 145 of 2019 on 22.04.2019 and Appeal No. 164 of 2019 on 07.05.

Having regard to the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. the State of Bihar and Ors.) along with the series of connected writ petitions, these writ petitions are hereby disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the
16/16 concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in these writ petitions.
