The petitioner seeks bail in Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47A of the Excise Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2016 on the accusation that sprit and empty bottles were recovered from his house.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected but taking into consideration the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as considering this fact that

No.12561 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-V, Bhagalpur, in Sessions Trial No. 08 of 2017/523 of 2017, arising out of Ishipur Barahat P.S.
