2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 17.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 22734 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 122 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

4. The petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. Nothing has been stated in the petition about the stage of the trial.

5. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to review my earlier order dated 17.05.2023.
