The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under sections 323, 379, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that out of transaction between the parties for letting out the truck on hire, the petitioner has breached the agreement and not paid the money which was required to be paid by way of an agreement.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or

No.17840 of 2015 (3) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in Complaint Case No. 280 of 2008, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
