JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-03-2020 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a petition bearing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 1388 of 2020, which has stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 13.1.2020.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid Criminal Miscellaneous No. 1388 of 2020 to its original file, subject to the petitioner removing the defects within a period of three weeks from today, as also depositing a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services

The restoration petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
