Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The instant case has been filed by the informant to save skin from the case filed earlier by the daughter in law of the petitioner bearing Uphara Police Station Case No. 51 of 2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 13776 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 making allegation that the informant tried to commit rape on her. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Injuries sustained by the injured have been found to be simple in nature. Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar Aurangabad in Uphara Police Station Case No. 52/2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
