2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 208 of 2022, lodged on 28.03.2022, giving rise to S.T. No.1147 of 2023, under Sections 302/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against four unknown accused persons against whom there is allegation that they have made indiscriminate firing on the husband of the informant due to which he suffered injury on his head and chest, went to hospital for treatment where the doctor has declared him

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that FIR has been lodged against unknown accused persons. He further submits that his name has come in this case by confessional statement of one Raju Kumar, who is coaccused in this case. He submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean. He is in custody since 16.06.2023. He submits that one co-accused Harsh @ Parbat has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58364 of 2023. Counsel further submits that charge has already been framed in this case.

Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the name of the present petitioner has figured in this case by virtue of confessional statement of co-accused Raju @ Raju Gope and specific allegation against the present petitioner that he has supported the said crime of murder in which he has worked as liner along with other accused persons.
6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, liberty is
