The present application has been filed for quashing the order cognizance dated 21.5.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Munger in Complaint Case No. 164C of 2014 whereby prima facie case has been found against the petitioners under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submitted that one witness has been examined at pre-charge level under section 244 Cr.P.C.

Considering the present stage of the trial, this court is not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage. However, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all
