2. The petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2019 in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 535 of 2019 for the alleged offences under Sections 272, 273, 467, 468, 471 and 414 IPC as well as Sections 30, 30(a), 36, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 3881.880 litres of liquor from a truck and a car, merely because he happens to be the driver of the truck, but he has no concern with the offending goods recovered from the said vehicles. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.
5. Considering the clean antecedents of the petitioner and having regard to the period of custody already suffered by him since 11.12.2019, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd
