The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 353, 354, 337 and 504 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6483 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 2/3 Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that a mob of about 200 people entered into the parade ground of Aurangabad Police Line when they threw bricks and stones causing injury to the police constables. The mob also misbehaved with newly recruited lady constables. The name of petitioners sprang up during investigation as the F.I.R. was lodged against three persons along with seventy five motorcyclists and 114 unknown.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that since their motorcycles were found parked as they went for morning walk, hence on suspicion petitioners have been roped in.

Statement has been made in paragraph-3 of the petition, petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the suspicious accusation against mob, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6483 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 3/3 connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No.511 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
