The petitioner seeks bail in Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 169 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner came to sell the products of Patanjali but demanded golden ring for cleansing. The golden ring was missing from the box given by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Om Prakash. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 16.02.2017 but he has not been put on test identification parade.

No.21037 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 169 of 2016.
