Petitioners are accused in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018 registered under Sections 394 and 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They have been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Except that, there is nothing to show their involvement in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioners are in custody since 11.12.2018.

Case No. 207 of 2018.
