Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Farbesganj (Simraha) PS case no. 701 of 2016 for offences under Sections 302, 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner along with others are under suspicion of having committed murder of the son of the informant as he had some illicit relation with the daughter of co-accused Ram Bilas Sah. As per para 14 of the petition, petitioner is the cousin brother-in-law of Ram Bilas Sah. Co-accused Upendra Sah has already been granted bail vide order dated 03.05.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. no. 21414 of 2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21835 of 2017 (3) dt.01-06-2017 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner is implicated in this case on mere suspicion, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Farbesganj (Simraha) PS case no. 701 of 2016.
