Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 354(b), 307, 379 and 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, all the named accused including this petitioner are said to have attempted to outrage the modesty of the informant. It is further alleged that they snatched the silver bangles and gold chain from the neck of the informant and on protest by the husband of the informant's sister, the petitioner assaulted him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Doctor found simple injury. Similarly situated co-accused has already

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. case no. 87 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
