The petitioner seeks bail in Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 382 of 2021 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 594 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner with the help of co-accused persons abducted the daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has denied the factum of her kidnapping and stated that being annoyed with her mother she voluntarily left her house and none has kidnapped her.
